PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Analyze large-scale biological data for biomarker discovery.
· Interpret analysis results using a combination of methods and tools such as pathway and network analysis, text mining and comparative genomics.
· Participate research projects and work closely with research scientists to provide scientific input, bioinformatics support and results delivery.
· Communicate research results to internal and external audience by technical reports and oral presentations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
MS/Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics or a related discipline.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated expertise in analyzing large-scale omics data.
Be able to work both independently and as member of project teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
Strong scientific publications/presentations in peer-reviewed journals or relevant scientific meetings.
Background in cancer biology is a plus.
