PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Analyze large-scale biological data for biomarker discovery.

· Interpret analysis results using a combination of methods and tools such as pathway and network analysis, text mining and comparative genomics.

· Participate research projects and work closely with research scientists to provide scientific input, bioinformatics support and results delivery.

· Communicate research results to internal and external audience by technical reports and oral presentations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • MS/Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics or a related discipline.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing large-scale omics data.

  • Be able to work both independently and as member of project teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.

  • Strong scientific publications/presentations in peer-reviewed journals or relevant scientific meetings.

  • Background in cancer biology is a plus.

· Works with: Biomarker team, Scientific team and others
