Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in data research, data entry, or a related role.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and organize large volumes of data accurately.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with data scraping concepts and techniques.
• Knowledge of data scraping tools such as Seamless, Apollo, Leadfeeder, Clay, Skrapp, and Hunter is preferred.
• Ability to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Research and collect data from online sources.
• Use data scraping tools to gather relevant business information.
• Manage, organize, and update large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Verify and clean data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain well-structured and error-free databases.
• Identify and remove duplicate or outdated records.
• Follow established data management and quality standards.
• Generate data lists based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill data requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all collected data.
• Support ongoing data research and lead generation activities.
• Learn and adopt new data research tools and techniques as needed.
