Mission
We are seeking a Data / Research & Insights Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in transforming data into strategic insights that drive decision-making, shape innovative campaigns, and optimize business performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking, proactively identifying opportunities and influencing both creative and business outcomes.
Job Functions
Data Analysis & Insights
Translate complex and large datasets into clear, actionable insights with strategic implications.
Analyze performance metrics across campaigns, identifying patterns, drivers of success, and optimization opportunities.
Develop, refine, and evolve benchmark frameworks and measurement methodologies aligned with industry standards and client objectives.
Provide proactive recommendations that directly impact campaign performance and business results.
Identify emerging trends and translate them into forward-looking insights, using trendhacking techniques and structured frameworksto drive actionable opportunities for brands and campaigns.
Social Listening & Market Research
Lead the use of social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Synthesio, NetBase, Socialbakers) to extract deep consumer insights, cultural trends, and competitive intelligence.
Design and execute research projects that support strategic planning, new business, and client growth initiatives.
Translate industry trends and innovations into strategic recommendationsthat drive business growth and competitive advantage.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Own the development of high-impact reports and presentations, translating data into compelling narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.
Deliver monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc analyses on brand performance, category dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and account teams, acting as a key partner in shaping data-informeddecisions.
Contribute to improving reporting frameworks, storytelling standards, and analytical processes.
Skills
3 -5 years of experience in data analysis, insights, or digital marketing analytics.
Proven ability to connect data with business and strategic outcomes.
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
Languages: Spanish native, English full working proficiency (written and verbal).
Hands-on experience with social listening tools and end-to-end insight generation (setup → analysis → storytelling).
Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystem, social platforms, and influencer marketing KPIs.
