About the Role
As a Data & Reporting Specialist within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a critical role in delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
You'll ensure a single source of truth for financial and non-financial data while enabling advanced reporting, forecasting, and performance management through cutting-edge tools like OneStream
Your Impact
Enable real-time, reliable reporting across Finance
Drive automation and efficiency within the Plan-to-Forecast (P2F) process
Deliver fact-based insights and scenarios for better business decisions
Ensure data quality, governance, and auditability across systems
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the OneStream enterprise performance system (focus on Capex Cube)
Develop and maintain advanced financial reports and dashboards
Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights
Automate forecasting processes for budgets and latest estimates
Diagnose and resolve technical/system issues in OneStream XF
Perform statistical and data analyses to support decision-making
Collaborate with controllers and stakeholders to deliver tailored reporting
Advise on risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
What You Bring
University-level education with 5+ years of relevant experience
Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and financial systems
Proven experience with OneStream (essential)
Experience with tools such as:

Power BI
-
SQL
-
BI Publisher
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
Experience with VB.Net and/or C# is a plus
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
