We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data & Reporting Officer to play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise business intelligence reporting and data solutions.
About the Role
As an integral member of our IS team, you will contribute to the design, development, implementation, management, and support of enterprise BI reporting and data maintenance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions meet business needs and support informed decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to gather, document, and validate business requirements for data analysis and reporting projects
• Support the design and delivery of BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights
• Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of data solutions using BI and database tools
• Contribute to the design and development of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Transform structured, unstructured, and disparate data sources into usable formats for reporting and analysis
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate, reliable reporting outputs
• Continuously develop your technical skills and knowledge across BI tools and data management practices
About You
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• An interest in data, reporting, and business intelligence tools
• Exposure to or willingness to learn ETL processes, databases, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, SQL, etc.)
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
