Job title: Data Reporting & Analytics Manager
About the Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead the data and analytics strategy for our Supply Chain Management Operations (SCMOPS). In this role, you will own the reporting ecosystem, drive automation and data quality initiatives, and deliver actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. You will work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and global stakeholders to build a scalable, data-driven environment and advance analytics maturity across the organization.
Location Warsaw – hybrid – 2 days per week on-site presence required.
Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
What you will do:
Develop and execute the Reporting & Analytics Strategy and roadmap for Supply Chain Management Operations aligned with business objectives
Own and optimize the Incorta reporting architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and consistency
Drive end-to-end reporting automation using Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, and related tools
Ensure data governance, quality standards, and audit-ready reporting processes
Deliver dashboards and insights supporting operational and strategic decision-making
Collaborate with IT, Finance, and stakeholders to align data and analytics initiatives
Lead continuous improvement, documentation, and data literacy across SCMOPS
What you need for success:
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-8 years of progressive experience in data management, reporting, business intelligence, or analytics.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and owning reporting architectures at a departmental and/or enterprise level.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX, and report publishing.
Hands-on experience with enterprise analytics and business intelligence platforms, with a solid understanding of database design principles and ERP data structures.
Strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and dimensional data modelling.
Working knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and master data management (MDM) practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or relevant professional certification.
Experience within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or other operationally focused environments.
Experience with Incorta or similar analytics platforms.
Strong SQL skills, including data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development.
Experience using Power Query and Power Automate to automate reporting and business workflows.
Exposure to predictive analytics, machine learning, or AI-driven insights applied in an operational or business context.

Total Rewards:
The gross monthly base salary range for this position is 18 000 PLN – 21 000 PLN. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 18% of annual gross base salary, in accordance with the Company’s bonus policy. Compensation within the range will be determined based on objective criteria such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
