We’re looking for a Data Reporting Analyst to join our Group Shared Services (GSS) Data team in a permanent capacity, playing a key role in how performance is measured, tracked, and communicated across the organisation.This role is focused on designing and delivering high-quality reporting for General Managers, Executives, and Board-level stakeholders, ensuring they have clear, timely, and meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making. You’ll also play an important role in developing and refining KPIs, helping the organisation better understand performance, identify opportunities, and track progress against key priorities.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll translate complex requirements into clear, actionable reporting solutions — bringing data to life through compelling storytelling and visualisation

You’ll bring proven experience as a Reporting Analyst (or similar), with a strong track record of delivering insights that influence decision-making at a senior level. You’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders and ambiguity, and you know how to translate complex data into clear, meaningful narratives that resonate with non-technical audiences. You’re naturally curious, commercially minded, and motivated by the opportunity to shape how organisations measure and understand performance.
