We are seeking a Data Readiness & AI Operations Consultant – Fluency Enablement & Workforce Transformation to lead the design and delivery of AI literacy programs, prompt training, and operational enablement initiatives for commercial clients across industries such as healthcare, finance, retail, and technology. This role is ideal for a communicator who can bridge the technical and business worlds—translating complex AI topics into intuitive, role-specific learning experiences that drive adoption and measurable performance improvement.

You will collaborate with department leads, enablement teams, and AI/ML stakeholders to create scalable programs that foster responsible AI use, elevate digital fluency, and future-proof the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging workshops and training sessions on GenAI tools, prompt engineering, and AI best practices tailored to business users

• Develop customized AI Fluency Kits aligned with job roles (e.g., marketing, HR, customer support, finance) and business workflows

• Lead operational bootcamps to upskill cross-functional teams on AI tools, workflows, and automation

• Align learning content with enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow) to maximize day-to-day impact

• Create onboarding guides, job aids, and self-paced resources to support continuous learning

• Collect feedback and usage metrics to refine enablement programs and demonstrate ROI

• Drive a culture of AI confidence and curiosity across commercial teams and departments
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Communications, Data Science, Business, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate training, enablement, or digital transformation consulting

• Experience delivering AI/ML enablement programs in a commercial environment

• Familiarity with GenAI platforms, LLM-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot), and prompt engineering practices

• Proficiency in instructional design and facilitation for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across enterprise functions

Preferred Attributes

• Experience enabling digital fluency in enterprise environments across industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail

• Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and digital adoption best practices

• Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Viva Learning, or LMS platforms

• Understanding of responsible AI principles, ethical considerations, and enterprise governance trends

• Experience working with AI Centers of Excellence, innovation teams, or commercial L&D departments

Preferred Certifications

• Certified AI Practitioner (CAIP)

• Prosci Change Management Certification

• CPTM (Certified Professional in Training Management)

• Cloud certifications from AWS, Microsoft, or Google
