• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Data Quality Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our enterprise data assets. You will collaborate closely with data stewards, subject matter experts, and business users to define, implement, and monitor data quality standards across the organization. You will work closely with our data engineers team to ensure data quality checks are an integral part of ETL pipelines and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured interviews and workshops with data stewards and subject matter experts to elicit data quality expectations and business rules.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data quality rule development.
• Maintain a centralized repository of data quality requirements, aligned with enterprise data governance standards.
• Develop and configure data quality rules ensuring alignment with business logic and metadata definitions.
• Perform unit testing and validation of data quality rules across various datasets and environments.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate data quality checks into ETL pipelines and data workflows.
• Set up automated monitoring dashboards to track data quality scores and trends across critical data assets.
• Investigate anomalies and data quality issues, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Generate periodic reports and scorecards for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.
• Design and deliver training sessions and documentation to help data stewards and business users interpret data quality scores.
• Provide hands-on support and coaching to users during onboarding and adoption of data quality tools.
• Foster a data quality culture by promoting awareness of data governance principles and best practices.

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech in CS with 7 years of experience in related field
