At Orange Business Digital Services Spain, we are looking for a Data Quality Manager t o strengthen data governance and quality for a cosmetics client. You will work on data remediation, data management, and advanced visualization projects to support R&D.

Your key areas of responsibility as a Data Quality Manager:

Data Inventory & Mapping

  • Lead data point inventory initiatives across multiple projects, facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to translate business needs into structured data requirements.

  • Build and maintain data cartographies covering application data flows and algorithm input/output datasets.

  • Design and document data models and end-to-end data flows to ensure traceability and lineage.

Data Governance & Taxonomy

  • Drive alignment with enterprise data taxonomy, running working sessions with Data Stewards across Risk & Compliance and other business lines.

  • Define and monitor data management objectives, ensuring consistent application of governance standards across domains.

Data Quality & Remediation

  • Assess data maturity using established R&I methodologies and identify gaps against quality targets.

  • Design and lead remediation plans: define scope, assign ownership, track progress, and report on outcomes.

  • Build and maintain BI dashboards to monitor data quality KPIs in real time, enabling proactive issue detection.

As an ideal candidate you have:

  • Proven experience in data governance, data quality, or data management roles

  • Solid understanding of Data Governance principles, including data quality and remediation.

  • Biological background (academic and/or profesional experiences).

  • Strong knowledge of data modelling, data lineage, and metadata management.

  • Hands-on experience building BI dashboards for data quality monitoring (Power BI, or equivalent).

  • Experience in cloud environment, preferably Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, GCS).

  • Proficiency with SQL and data preparation processes.

  • Experience managing data projects in regulated environments (banking, insurance, etc.).

  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills — comfortable leading workshops with senior business and IT audiences.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; the ability to work in French is highly appreciated.
