With over 1,000 employees worldwide and customers in 140 countries, we enable the market — we never compete with it.

TecAlliance created this position to own global data quality end‑to‑end. It centralizes data quality ownership into a single, transparent framework, connecting data sources, standardizing measurement, and enabling consistent tooling and processes together with our global production teams. You will join our global Data Service Area and work with more than 25 colleagues across Europe, partnering closely with production teams in regions such as Germany, the Netherlands, and Malaysia. This role is for you if you have built up data quality in a Data Factory environment and your work has made production data more reliable, transparent, and usable at scale.

Your Tasks:

• Own data quality end‑to‑end for the Data Factory — framework, KPIs, tools, and reporting.

• Design and run a global data quality management system, including measurement, monitoring, cleansing, and automation.

• Guide the Data Quality team as expert, defining strategy, priorities, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure transparency and consistency of enterprise data, from source identification to error detection.

• Align and steer globally, working closely with production teams & Product Owners.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable qualification, providing a solid technical understanding of data structures, systems, and quality assurance principles.

• Proven experience in data quality management and quality strategy, demonstrated by designing, applying, or improving data quality rules, metrics, and controls in real production environments.

• Quality Frameworks & Methods: Strong practical command of quality frameworks and methods such as ISO 9001, PDCA, data profiling, and data quality metrics — applied to assess data, identify inconsistencies, and drive measurable improvements.

• Demonstrated experience contributing as a subject‑matter expert in cross‑functional, international projects, coordinating with IT, data, and production teams to implement data quality processes and tools.

• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and risks, combined with clear communication and structured decision-making when working with senior stakeholders and operational teams.

• Ideally hands‑on experience with Monday.com (or comparable tools) for task tracking, coordination, and documentation in data or quality‑related projects.

• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher); German is highly advantageous.

• Willingness to travel, roughly 20% international travels (multiple days) globally
