About the Team

ING Hubs Philippines is one of ING's largest and most dynamic global centers of excellence. Since its establishment in 2013, it has grown from 27 employees to more than 6,000 professionals delivering operational, technology, analytics, risk, and data capabilities across nearly 40 countries.

You will join the newly established Data Quality Team, a strategic function dedicated to enabling enterprise-wide data quality monitoring, remediation, and continuous improvement. The team works closely with global stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, complete, traceable, and compliant with ING's data governance standards.

Your Impact

As a Data Quality Expert, you will help drive the operational delivery of data quality services across ING's global network. You will collaborate with colleagues from ING Hubs Philippines, ING Hubs Romania, and the global data management community to identify data quality issues, implement remediation strategies, and promote a preventive data quality culture across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and track data quality indicators through reports, dashboards, and controls aligned with ING's Data Quality Framework.
• Analyze and investigate data quality issues through root cause analysis.
• Design and coordinate remediation plans to resolve data quality gaps effectively.
• Partner with business and data stakeholders to define data quality requirements and standards for critical data elements.
• Collaborate with technology teams to translate business requirements into data quality solutions and tooling.
• Support testing and validation of data quality programs and controls.
• Participate in data cleansing and remediation initiatives to improve data integrity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and strategic data quality initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and coordinate actions through issue resolution and closure.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• Experience or knowledge in Data Quality Management practices such as:
• Data Profiling
• Data Quality Assessment
• Data Cleansing
• Data Quality Monitoring
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience interpreting data quality dashboards and reports.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
• A proactive, transparent, and collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Data Quality tools and platforms.
• Exposure to banking, financial services, risk management, or regulatory environments.
• Experience supporting data governance, remediation, or data transformation initiatives.
