Data Quality Analyst – NSW Trustee and Guardian

• Ongoing full-time vacancy. 35 hours per week.
• Location: This role is based in Parramatta. Flexible and hybrid working options available.
• Clerk Grade: Level 5/6. Base salary $99,938 p.a. to $ 110,271 p.a. plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role
The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring NSW Trustee and Guardian (NSWTG) customer information and records management systems are configured correctly to maintain data quality and accuracy to meet State Records legislative requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity that will see you:

• Perform audits of all NSWTG information and customer relationship management systems (CRM) to identify opportunities to improve data quality and to inform the overall Information Management Strategy.
• Support the Information Management Governance team to improve data quality in information management processes and organisation of information and data repositories across NSWTG.
• Support the Information Management Operations team by providing insights and reports on data quality issues in information and CRM system.
• Support the Information Management Operations team by engaging with external customers to identify opportunities to streamline the legal order process to improve the customer experience for applicants.
• Prioritise and implement data quality activities on the information management technology roadmap.
• Review and provide the relevant information management data quality requirements for the procurement and development of any new information or CRM system across NSWTG.

About you
Application is encouraged if you demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:

• Experience working with information management, data quality, or records management systems (such as EDRMS or CRM platforms).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to audit, assess, and interpret large datasets or information repositories.
• Experience identifying data quality issues, trends, and remediation opportunities.
• Ability to prepare data quality reports, dashboards, and recommendations that are accessible to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical data issues into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Essential requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
