  Ensure stable and reliable Operation for Storage and Backup
• 
  Day-to-day performance monitoring.
• 
  Manages Systems High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions
• 
  Maintain, configure, upgrade Active-Active SAN infrastructure.
• 
  Perform daily monitoring and management of the backup solution; monitor backup jobs, execute restore jobs, troubleshoot failed jobs, and initiate corrective actions.
• 
  Perform daily Storage operational tasks, LUN/Space provisioning, monitoring, troubleshoot issues, and initiate corrective actions.
• 
  Complete routine tasks and troubleshoot the storage & backup infrastructure under support.
• 
  Perform problem management and incident correlation on re-occurring issues; suggest and document workarounds & solutions.
• 
  Assist in Creation reports for backup and storage environments and related activities and tasks.
• 
  Assist in Creation documentation for storage and backup environments

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or
  equivalent.
• 
  2+ years of experience
