The Role:
Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and ready to play a pivotal role in delivering complex data projects? We’re looking for a Data Coordinator to join our growing Projects team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the heart of cross-functional collaboration.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on GMP Rectification, Equalisation, and Implementation projects, partnering with experts across the business to ensure smooth delivery, high quality, and outstanding client outcomes.
This role is a hybrid position where you will work from our office in Lisbon, as well as from your home address (the position will be office-based for the first three months).
What you will be doing:
Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
Coordinate project activity across multiple workstreams and teams
Maintain and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets
Support planning, including kick-off meetings, scheduling, and handovers
Track progress and flag risks, dependencies, and potential delays early
Ensure accurate budget tracking and time recording
Work closely with data, systems, and project teams to support delivery
Help manage bespoke client requirements and evolving project needs
What we are looking for:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
Confident communicators with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Strong in Excel and general systems/tools (Word, project tracking)
Experienced in planning, prioritisation, and working under pressure
Analytical, with solid problem-solving capabilities
Desirable:
Knowledge of UK pensions, particularly GMP / DB schemes
Exposure to project coordination or project management environments
