We are seeking an accomplished Data Program Manager to lead a complex, cross functional enterprise data transformation initiative focused on improving data maturity across the company. This role will partner closely with divisional and functional Data Management Offices (DMOs), business leaders, and IT teams to drive execution of a broad portfolio of data initiatives spanning data strategy, data governance, data quality, data stewardship, data architecture, and data integration
The Data Program Manager will be responsible for orchestrating a high visibility program that enables stronger data foundations, clearer ownership and accountability, improved quality and trust in critical data, and scalable data capabilities that support business transformation. This role requires exceptional program delivery expertise, the ability to lead global matrixed teams, and a strong track record of driving execution across business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
While experience in enterprise data management is strongly preferred, success in this role will depend on the ability to establish structure, drive alignment, manage interdependencies, and deliver outcomes in a fast paced and evolving environment.
