About the Team:
Sellers on our platform make real business decisions every week — where to put media, which creative to scale, whether a product launch worked, whether more inventory should be reserved. Data is at the center of all these decision making processes.
We're looking for a Product Manager to own the analytics products that sellers depend on, and to own whether they actually help sellers improve their business. You'll build direct relationships with sellers, turn what you learn into products, and run the go-to-market that drives adoption. You will be the person who knows the customer better than anyone else in the building.
Responsibilities
- Build direct connection with sellers and understand their business needs and turn these insights into data products;
- Own the roadmap for a set of seller-facing analytics products, from opportunity sizing through launch;
- Define metrics that match how sellers think: funnel stages, category share, new-to-brand versus repeat, channel performance, etc.;
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including data scientists, designers, data engineers, software engineers to build data products;
- Own the launch of data products from end to end, including driving training to account managers to better help sellers.
Minimum Qualification(s):
- 5+ years of product management experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience building products for external business users, with direct ownership of product roadmap
- Experience owning go-to-market for a launch, including positioning, field enablement, and post-launch adoption
- Experience with SQL and analyzing large datasets independently
- Experience writing requirements for and working with data scientists, data engineering and software engineering teams
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience building data or analytics products — reporting dashboards, measurement tools, or insights products
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, social media, or measurement
- Working knowledge of brand marketing: media planning cycles, funnel measurement, share of voice, creative testing
