We are looking for a Data Product Manager to join the 3P Squad within the BEES ecosystem, our global B2B platform connecting retailers with digital products and services. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and business, working closely with the team responsible for developing strategic partnerships between external companies and the BEES platform. As a Data Product Manager, you will collaborate with technical data teams and business stakeholders to design and deliver data solutions that enable and scale partnerships within the BEES ecosystem. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, data analysts, and data scientists, ensuring that data products and solutions create measurable business value.

What you'll do:

  • Own and manage the data product backlog for the 3P squad, prioritizing initiatives aligned with business and partnership goals.
  • Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to define and deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Translate quarterly planning objectives into bi-weekly sprint deliveries, ensuring clear priorities and outcomes.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily, and others.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where data products can unlock value for the BEES platform.
  • Align technical and business teams around product vision, roadmap, and execution.
  • Ensure data solutions are built with scalability, quality, and business impact in mind.

What you'll need:

  • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in conversations.
  • Ability to work effectively at the intersection of business strategy and technical data teams.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
  • Communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and business domains.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with B2B platforms, marketplaces, or partnership ecosystems.
  • Background in data products, analytics platforms, or data-driven growth initiatives.
