As the Data Product Manager at Migdal Group, you will play a crucial role in integrating data-driven insights into product development. You will lead strategic data projects, including mapping and defining needs, establishing a single source of truth for company data, and creating a transparent and user-friendly business view. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that our data products meet customer needs and align with business objectives. This role involves overseeing data conventions, defining data collection requirements, and managing data naming standards across all processes and products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the product life cycle. ● Integrate data-driven insights into product development processes. ● Ensure that data standards, naming conventions, and data quality measures are adhered to across all products and processes. ● Align data governance strategies with overall business objectives and product goals. ● Identify data collection needs for new and existing products. ● Define data requirements, sources, and naming conventions. ● Ensure that data is accurately collected, maintained, and used consistently. ● Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive data integration and governance. ● Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure data-related initiatives are aligned. ● Oversee the data aspects of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. ● Ensure that data products are user-friendly, intuitive, and meet the needs of target users. ● Monitor data quality and usage metrics. ● Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance data effectiveness. ● Ensure timely and high-quality execution of data-related projects. דרישות ● Proven experience in data product management and data-driven decision-making. ● Strong understanding of data conventions, collection requirements, and naming standards. ● Ability to lead strategic data projects, including mapping and defining needs, establishing a single source of truth for company data, and building a transparent and user-friendly business view. ● Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency. ● Minimum of 4 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related field. ● Strong understanding of data technologies, data engineering, and data science methodologies. ● Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R). ● Experience with data governance tools and frameworks. ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● Proven experience in managing complex data projects with multiple stakeholders. ● Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions. ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. ● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
