The Data Product Manager will be responsible for defining and managing the product strategy, roadmap, and business priorities for enterprise reporting, data governance, data quality, and analytics capabilities that support functions across organization
This role serves as the primary translating business needs into product roadmaps and ensuring successful execution through engineering and platform teamsThe Data Product Managerwill gather and refine business requirements, prioritize initiatives, align stakeholders, define outcomes, and ensure teams have the clarity and support needed to execute successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for enterprise reporting,data governance, data quality, and analytics platforms.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into well-defined product features, user stories, and delivery plans.
Manage product backlogs and priorities, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and operational needs.
Drive enterprise reporting capabilities across different data sources and Enterprise Systems
Partner with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to ensure successful execution and timely delivery.
Help delivery teams remove technical and organizational roadblocks by facilitating decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
Define and track success metrics, adoption measures, and business value realization for data and analytics products.
Lead analytics modernization programs, including reporting transformation, cloud-native analytics adoption
Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards, stewardship processes, and product operating models.
Communicate roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to business and technology leadership.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Product Management, or related disciplines.
Experience partnering with technical teams to deliver enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions.
Strong understanding of reporting, analytics, master data management, and data governance concepts.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Ability to drive strategic initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.
Experience managing large-scale transformation or modernization programs.
Product Management Skills:
