This role is focused on shaping and evolving strategic data products within a Finance Transformation environment, where data plays a key role in enabling decision-making and operational efficiency. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex financial and analytical needs into structured, actionable product requirements. Working closely with data engineering teams, you will define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and ensure the continuous delivery of high-value data solutions. The environment is collaborative and agile, requiring strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will also contribute to defining metrics, business rules, and analytical products that support financial and operational decision-making. Accountabilities:
- Define, build, and manage the roadmap for data products aligned with strategic objectives in a Finance Transformation context.
- Translate business needs into well-structured epics, features, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner closely with data engineering teams to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and support delivery execution.
- Contribute to the definition of business rules, KPIs, and analytical data products that support decision-making.
- Monitor product performance and support data-driven decision-making through metrics and continuous improvement cycles.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Data Product Manager, or Agile Delivery role in data-focused projects.
- Strong familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Lakehouse architectures, or equivalent ecosystems.
- Proven experience working closely with data engineering teams in technical and collaborative environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, including backlog management, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies in agile environments.
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Advanced Spanish proficiency for interaction with international stakeholders and teams.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into structured product requirements.
