acting as the primary owner of data and analytics capabilities within the OMS migration project,
engaging reporting and analytics stakeholders and align requirements with business goals,
developing and maintain a detailed data & analytics product roadmap,
gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications,
providing oversight on data architecture, scalability, and performance,
overseeing integration of multiple data sources into OMS for real-time analytics,
supervising development, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT),
leading end-user training and support deployment activities,
monitoring system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
12+ years of experience in Product Management, Data, or Analytics roles,
strong technical background in enterprise data systems and analytics platforms,
experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation or migration projects,
expertise in data modeling, reporting frameworks, and dashboard development,
strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills,
experience overseeing UAT, deployment, and user training initiatives. Preferred Skills,
experience with OMS or retail systems,
exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker,
knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP),
familiarity with Agile product management methodologies,
strong executive communication and presentation skills,
advanced English.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
