Job Description

Location: Jakarta,Jakarta,Indonesia

• Responsible for overall project management, planning, progress and deliverables for clients' custom reporting projects
• Assess and gather end-to-end requirements from clients requesting custom reports, translating business needs into clear and actionable tasks for data teams
• Develop and deliver interactive reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI
• Evaluate data availability and structure, collaborating with data teams to design feasible and scalable solutions
• Prioritise tasks, align timelines, and manage expectations of stakeholders and clients across different teams and products
• Proactively identify issues and gaps from both business and technical sides, and propose optimisation solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal data teams throughout the reporting lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and manage timelines and priorities effectively
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts and implications in simple manner
• Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment
• Detail-oriented and proactive attitude towards problem-solving
