Our Enterprise Data Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Data Product Manager

In this role you will manage the development, lifecycle, and business alignment of enterprise data products that deliver measurable outcomes across the organization. What the role will entail

• Own the full product lifecycle from vision and discovery through delivery, operations, and deprecation, maintaining clear roadmaps, metrics, and documentation.
• Drive business value realization by translating priorities into product requirements, tracking OKRs, and ensuring adoption that delivers growth, efficiency, or risk reduction.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Business, Risk, Operations, and Technology, aligning roadmaps and acting as the voice of the customer.
• Ensure governance, quality, and compliance by defining SLAs, access controls, metadata, and lineage requirements in line with regulatory standards (NPC, BSP, AMLC).
• Lead agile execution and delivery by managing backlogs, sprints, and releases to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Support enterprise initiatives including audits, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional programs that advance the data strategy.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in either Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields; postgraduate study preferred.
• Product Management (Pragmatic, AIPMM), Agile/Scrum, Data Governance, or Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) certifications are advantageous but not required.
• 7+ years in product, data, or analytics roles, with leadership experience
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, stakeholder alignment, Agile/Scrum delivery, and value tracking; familiarity with data modeling, governance, metadata, APIs, BI/analytics platforms, and banking domains preferred.
• Progressive proficiency in communication, collaboration, customer focus, critical thinking, responsibility, and results orientation; advanced strategic thinking, problem-solving, innovation, and ability to lead high-performing teams and build a sustainable culture at senior/lead levels.
