We are looking for an experienced Data Product Manager to execute our data strategy. You’ll work with stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to design scalable data solutions, improve data models, and translate business needs into actionable specifications for the engineering team. You will oversee the development and structure of our data models, ensuring business requirements are accurately reflected in technical deliverables and guiding the engineering team throughout the development lifecycle.

This is a full end-to-end role gathering requirements, defining solutions, driving implementation, validating outputs, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and manage the data roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic and analytical priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements, identify data gaps, and design scalable solutions.
• Produce clear PRDs and technical specifications for the Data Engineering team.
• Design and maintain the data warehouse semantic layer.
• Lead data projects end-to-end from requirements and design through development, testing, launch, and adoption partnering closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams.
• Maintain strong data quality and reliability across systems and analytics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Product Manager or in a similar data-focused role.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, pipelines, and modern data warehouse architecture.
• Ability to write clear PRDs and convert business needs into technical specifications
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end cross-functional data projects.
• Familiarity with BI tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, analytics, and leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English
