Responsibilities

1. Participate in the product iteration of Tripo Studio, plan and build the data tracking system to ensure that data generated by new features is complete, standardized, and usable; 2. Drive data governance efforts, including data quality, metric consistency, data security, and data standardization; 3. Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve underlying data issues, ensuring the stability of the data pipeline and the usability of data assets; 4. Enhance the capabilities of the data platform, optimizing data tools and the data user experience (e.g., Superset dashboards, automated daily data reports); 5. Expand the coverage of the data middle office, integrating more business data (e.g., from algorithms, engineering, OpenAPI) to support product and business decisions. 1、参与 Tripo Studio 产品迭代，规划与建设数据埋点体系，确保新功能产生的数据完整、规范、可用； 2、推动数据治理工作，包括数据质量、指标一致性、数据安全与数据规范建设； 3、与工程团队协作解决底层数据问题，保障数据链路稳定和数据资产可用性； 4、提升数据平台能力，优化数据工具与数据使用体验（如 Superset 报表、自动数据日报等）； 5、扩展数据中台覆盖范围，整合更多业务数据（如算法、工程、OpenAPI 等），支持产品与业务决策。

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in Data Product Management, Data Platform, or Data Analysis; 2. Experience in building a data platform or data system from 0 to 1, with an understanding of the overall architecture of a data middle office; 3. Proficient in SQL, with a grasp of the fundamental principles of data systems like data warehouses, tracking systems, and BI tools; 4. Experience with C-end (consumer-facing) products is preferred, with the ability to understand user behavior data and product growth analysis; 5. Familiarity with and proficiency in using AI tools to enhance work efficiency. 1、3 年以上数据产品 / 数据平台 / 数据分析相关经验； 2、有 0-1 数据平台或数据体系建设经验，了解数据中台整体架构； 3、具备 SQL 能力，理解数据仓库、埋点、BI 等数据体系基本原理； 4、有 C 端产品经验优先，能够理解用户行为数据与产品增长分析； 5、熟悉并善于使用 AI 工具提升工作效率。
