Our Enterprise Data Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Data Product Management Head

In this role you will lead the enterprise data product strategy and portfolio, aligning delivery to the banks overall strategy while driving business value from internal and external data offerings. You will set the vision and roadmap for data products, ensure governance and reliability, represent the Enterprise Data Office (EDO) in enterprise forums, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes across Business, Operations, Risk, and Technology.

What the role will entail

• Lead the enterprise data product strategy and portfolio, setting a multi‑year vision and roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Define objectives, key results, investment cases, and release plans that balance quick wins with scalable platforms.
• Act as senior product owner and representative to business units, technology, risk, and support groups, ensuring adoption and measurable business value.
• Establish and enforce governance standards for product quality, reliability, privacy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Guide architecture and platform decisions to enable interoperability, reuse, and resilient design across shared data services.
• Build and manage high‑performing teams, instill agile product practices, and oversee portfolio budgets and vendor partnerships.
• Support enterprise initiatives, audits, regulatory responses, and strategic programs as needed.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in either Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Certifications in product management, data management, cloud/platform, or risk/privacy/security are advantageous.
• 15+ years of experience in banking/financial services, technology, and data, with at least 8 years leading product/portfolio teams and 5 years engaging executive stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in product strategy, data governance, modern data platforms, analytics enablement, risk/compliance, and agile delivery practices.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies including strategic thinking, problem solving, sustaining high‑performance teams, and empowering talent to succeed.
