The Data Product Lead will define, prioritise, and deliver data products that create measurable business value across Abbott Diabetes Care. Acting as the bridge between business, data, and technology teams, you will ensure data is managed as a strategic asset with clear ownership, governance, and outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape key data processes from the ground up. You will lead the development of end-to-end standard work, create enterprise-wide SOPs, and establish the foundational frameworks that support data quality, analytics, automation, and AI adoption across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders, engineers, analysts, architects, and IT partners, you will help drive data-driven decision-making and create scalable solutions that support long-term business success.
