Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Use Case Identification & Prioritization: Identify and prioritize AI use cases in close collaboration with Sales and Business stakeholders

  • AI Data Product Ownership: Design, develop, and scale AI-enabled data products from concept to productive deployment

  • Business-to-AI Translation: Translate business problems into AI/ML solutions delivering measurable business value

  • End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI data products (development, deployment, monitoring, optimization)

  • Model Development & Engineering: Implement and continuously improve models (e.g. pricing models, prediction models, agents)

  • Model Performance & Optimization: Ensure robust model performance through monitoring, retraining, and enhancement

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate across Business, IT, and Data functions to drive adoption and impact

  • AI Industrialization & Scaling: Contribute to the industrialization of AI use cases across General Industry Sales & Services

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Professional Experience: Hands‑on experience with data, analytics, or AI‑enabled products in an industrial or business context

  • Technical Expertise: Strong coding skills in Python, C#, C++ and/or SQL; practical understanding of the AI lifecycle (training vs. inference, drift, validation, retraining); experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and product operation

  • Project & Collaboration Skills: Ability to work independently within defined guardrails and collaborate across functions

  • Languages: Business fluency in English

  • Mindset & Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills combined with domain understanding
