Running the game behind the game! As a Data Processing Assistant (DPA), you are the unsung MVP who keeps our sports data engine running smoothly. Your mission is simple but critical: make sure every capture, every camera, and every dataset is ready to go so coaches, players, and analysts get the insights they need - fast.
From morning system checks to real-time game support, you’ll be hands-on with the technology that powers elite-level sports data. When something needs attention, you’re the first to spot it. When your team needs support, you’re ready to jump in. You’ll collaborate with your teammates, elevate issues to your Supervisor, and take pride in knowing that your work directly impacts game-day success.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to work at the heart of live sports operations. You don’t just follow steps - you look for ways to make the process better, faster, and more reliable.
Kick off the day with AM checks — Verify cameras, servers, and systems are ready for flawless capture.
Claim and process sessions — Get game data queued, processed, and turned around quickly.
Support real-time operations — Step in to capture games if needed, monitor operator performance, and help troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate and communicate — Work closely with your team and Supervisor to keep everyone informed and aligned.
Document everything — Keep clean shift notes, log issues and resolutions, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Support continuous improvement — Help flag patterns, suggest improvements, and keep an eye out for ways to make operations more efficient.
Hands-on impact — Your work directly affects the quality and speed of the data we deliver.
Team-first culture — You’re part of a supportive crew that celebrates wins and has each other’s backs.
Fast-paced and exciting — No two days look exactly the same — you’ll be right in the action during live sports events.
Opportunities to grow — Learn the ins and outs of data operations, with room to develop into more technical or leadership roles.
Tech + sports = awesome — Get to work with cutting-edge technology used by professional teams.
