Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Work Mode: Full-Time, Onsite

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Privacy Specialist to support the implementation and monitoring of the organization's privacy program, with strong knowledge of Saudi PDPL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor privacy and PDPL requirements.
  • Develop and maintain ROPA (Records of Processing Activities).
  • Conduct DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments).
  • Manage Data Subject Rights (DSR) requests.
  • Support personal data breach assessments and investigations.
  • Conduct privacy assessments of third-party vendors.
  • Support cross-border data transfer assessments.
  • Maintain privacy risk registers and compliance evidence.
  • Support Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 compliance activities.
  • Prepare privacy reports, KPIs and awareness/training material.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in Data Privacy/Data Protection.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi PDPL.
  • Practical experience with ROPA, DPIA and DSR.
  • Experience in vendor privacy assessments and privacy compliance reviews.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview is required.
  • Fluent English and Arabic.
  • CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CDPSE or equivalent certification is preferred.
