We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Global Data Privacy department. The selected candidates will support the team in managing key privacy tools, developing and maintaining documentation, and driving awareness through communications and training. This internship offers hands-on experience in global privacy governance and risk management practices across a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Keep privacy assessment records and data libraries accurate, up to date, and consistent.
• Monitor privacy assessments and identify business processes that require reassessment based on risk indicators.
• Assist in preparing the annual audit portfolio using risk assessment results.
• Support improvements to privacy risk mapping and reporting across business processes.
• Maintain and update data privacy policies, standards, and governance documentation.
• Ensure privacy documentation aligns with Ethics & Compliance and HR Compliance requirements.
• Support document reviews and regular updates to keep policies current.
• Assist in planning and delivering annual data privacy communication and awareness activities.
• Monitor developments in global data privacy laws and regulations, maintaining a library of legal updates and regulatory changes.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for data privacy governance, risk assessment, and compliance training initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or graduated BSc or MSc in Law, Public Policy or any related field.
• Strong interest in global data privacy, compliance, or cybersecurity.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.

The monthly compensation for the internship program is fixed for all interns and ranges between 4,444 - 5,000 RON gross.
