We are seeking a skilled Data Privacy Consultant / Solution Engineer to lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise privacy management platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience deploying and configuring leading privacy solutions, with expertise in data privacy regulations, solution architecture, API integrations, and enterprise implementation projects. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, consulting expertise, and stakeholder management to deliver scalable privacy solutions that help organizations strengthen compliance and data governance.

As a Data Privacy Consultant / Solution Engineer, you will collaborate with business, legal, security, and technology teams to understand privacy requirements, design tailored solutions, and oversee end-to-end implementation activities. You will play a critical role in configuring privacy platforms, integrating enterprise systems, supporting user adoption, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and compliance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement enterprise data privacy solutions to support organizational privacy and compliance initiatives.
• Deploy and customize privacy management platforms across modules such as data discovery, consent management, breach management, and related privacy workflows.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable privacy solution designs and implementation plans.
• Develop and manage API integrations, execute CURL-based integrations, and configure enterprise connectivity between privacy platforms and business applications.
• Perform platform configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure reliable and efficient system performance.
• Support database administration tasks, data mapping activities, and technical validation throughout implementation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including information security, legal, compliance, and technology teams, to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate client workshops, product demonstrations, training sessions, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-implementation support.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, implementation risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution architecture documents, implementation guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Stay updated with emerging privacy technologies, regulatory requirements, and implementation best practices to continuously enhance solution capabilities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Proven experience as a Data Privacy Consultant, Solution Engineer, or Solutions Architect with enterprise privacy implementation expertise.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing privacy management platforms such as BigID, OneTrust, Securiti.ai, or similar enterprise privacy solutions.
• Solid understanding of data privacy concepts, governance frameworks, and enterprise privacy compliance requirements.
• Experience with API integrations, REST services, CURL commands, platform customization, and enterprise system integrations.
• Knowledge of database administration, data discovery, consent management, breach management, and privacy lifecycle processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, preparing solution designs, supporting UAT, and delivering end-to-end implementation projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business, legal, security, and IT teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage multiple implementation projects in a fast-paced consulting environment while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
