Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership, engineering expertise, and direction to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and cross-functional technology groups to drive continuous delivery.
• Drive user story analysis and elaboration.
• Design and develop software applications.
• Test and build automation tools.
• Own all technical aspects of software development, including architecture, design, and system development.
• Perform hands-on software development and coding.
• Write API specifications.
• Conduct proof of concepts (POCs).
• Perform code reviews.
• Conduct testing in ongoing sprints.
• Drive consistent development practices, tools, and common components.
• Develop deep understanding of integrations with other systems and platforms.
• Work with technical product managers on blueprints and annual feature planning.
• Identify opportunities to adopt new technologies and address future challenges.
• Communicate solution designs effectively with internal and external business partners.

• Hands-on experience with Big Data platforms (Scala, Spark, Hive SQL).
• Experience with Big Data Lake.
• Experience in ETL processes, tools, and data modeling on Big Data platforms.
• Proficiency in Secure File Transfer (SFT) operations and data management.
• Experience with Agile development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools.
• Experience with automated release management using Maven, Salt, Git, and Jenkins.
• Experience in architecture design and modeling of complex systems.
• Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, Apache).
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux.
