Role Overview

The Recruitment Data & Screening Coordinator is responsible for conducting hourly candidate data updates from job boards and survey platforms, performing candidate reviews and pre-screening based on established screening criteria, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. This role ensures the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of raw candidate data, organizes information following the pre-screening process, and supports recruitment operations through timely data management and reporting. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and adherence to standardized processes while supporting hiring activities and workforce operations. 

What You Will Do

• 每小時定期更新來自求職網站及問卷調查平台的候選人資料。
• 依據既定招募標準進行履歷審核與候選人初步篩選。
• 彙總、整理並維護初步篩選後的候選人資訊。
• 確保所有原始資料紀錄完整、準確且可追溯。
• 即時更新各項應徵者資訊，確保資料品質與時效性。
• 協助招募數據分析、招募報告製作及招聘漏斗追蹤。
• 主動識別資料異常、篩選問題或作業風險，並向主管回報處理。

Basic Qualifications

• 熟悉 Microsoft Excel 與 Google Sheets，具備資料整理、函數應用及報表製作能力。
• 具備 數據稽核（Data Audit） 與 資料品質驗證（Data Quality Validation） 能力，能確保資料的正確性、一致性與完整性。
• 具備良好的數據分析與問題解決能力，能主動發現資料異常並提出改善建議。

Preferred Qualifications

• 具備 SQL 查詢與資料處理能力。
• 具備 BI 工具（如 Power BI、Tableau、Looker Studio 等）使用經驗，能進行數據視覺化與商業洞察分析。
• 具備資料流程優化、自動化報表或 Dashboard 建置經驗者佳。
