Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Palantir Specialist to support the development and delivery of scalable data solutions using the Palantir Foundry platform The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build data pipelines, models, and operational workflows that drive data-driven decision-making.

This role can be positioned at Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager level depending on experience, with responsibilities ranging from hands-on development to technical leadership and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data pipelines, business logic, and operational applications within the Palantir Foundry environment.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to translate requirements into scalable data models and solutions.
• Develop workflows, ontology layers, and operational applications that drive business outcomes through Foundry.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and security standards across developed solutions.
• Optimize performance and scalability of data processing pipelines and visualization layers.
• Mentor junior team members (for manager/senior manager levels) and contribute to technical best practices.
• Stay current on Palantir product updates and continuously improve solution approaches and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or platform consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (building pipelines, transforming datasets, developing workflows and applications).
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and relevant data engineering tools.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms, data integration, and cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Understanding of data governance, data modeling, and secure data handling practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Leadership or project delivery experience (required for Manager/Senior Manager levels).

Preferred Attributes:

• Exposure to business intelligence and dashboarding tools (e.g., Foundry's visualization layer, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and collaborative tools.
• Ability to operate across both technical and business-facing environments.
