Requirements

• 
  15+ years of experience in roles related to enterprise data, analytics, integration, or large-scale BI/ETL systems.
• 
  Several years of leadership in architecture or technical strategy roles.
• 
  Hands-on architectural expertise with modern cloud data warehouses and enterprise-grade data platforms used in financial organisations.
• 
  Strong understanding of network, security, and platform architecture in complex multi-system environments.
• 
  Deep exposure to tools used for enterprise data integration, data governance and transformation in regulated industries.
• 
  Demonstrated ability to lead migrations from older on-premise platforms to modern, cloud-oriented ecosystems.
• 
  Solid knowledge of financial-sector compliance, audit requirements and security standards.
• 
  Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across business, operations and technology teams.
• 
  Relevant academic degree in IT, computer science or a related discipline.

  Background working with mainframe environments or legacy financial systems.

  Experience using a variety of reporting or analytics suites (e.g. enterprise BI tools).

  Familiarity with multiple ETL frameworks beyond the primary stack.
