We are looking for a builder-minded Data Platform & AI Engineer to join our team 🐶🚀. You'll use GitHub Copilot and agents as everyday tools, bringing LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents into Data+, our internal data platform, to automate Data Engineering and operational tasks — on top of a solid Data Engineering, Cloud, and Platform Engineering foundation.

Responsibilities 🤓

• Build pipelines, backends, frontends, and PoCs using GitHub Copilot and agents as your main tools.
• Bring LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents into the platform to automate Data Engineering and operational tasks.
• Design reusable capabilities and data pipelines for Data+. Implement automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code on AWS.
• Integrate APIs and tools to make the platform increasingly self-service.

Required Skills💻

• Experience Real experience building with generative AI: daily use of GitHub Copilot or similar, plus at least one project with LLMs, RAG, or agents.
• Experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform, or Cloud Data Engineering. Strong Python and SQL.
• Experience with AWS and data pipelines.
• Comfort moving between pipelines, backend, and frontend, and shipping a PoC quickly. Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.

Nice to Haves 💻

• Experience with Redshift, Glue, Lake Formation, dbt, Terraform, Data Mesh/Lakehouse, Vector Databases, agent frameworks, or Spec-Driven Development.
