About the Role & Team

Our rapidly growing Global Marketing Operations team is seeking a Data Operations Specialist to support strategic growth initiatives, product launches, and ongoing data quality management. This role partners closely with Marketing and Sales to develop, enrich, and optimize target audience data, while also monitoring and improving overall data quality across systems. The position plays a critical role in ensuring data is accurate, complete, and campaign-ready, directly enabling effective segmentation, personalization, and demand generation across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute audience sourcing initiatives for new customer acquisition campaigns, leveraging third-party data providers aligned with the ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Perform data normalization, enrichment, and standardization to maintain consistency and usability.
  • Conduct data quality assessments by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies, and resolving them accordingly.
  • Validate and enrich contact data using publicly available sources where needed.
  • Generate reports on database health, performance, and project outcomes using Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Manage project workflows in Monday.com, ensuring accurate and up-to-date status tracking.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive process and project documentation.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Data Science / Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS), Statistics / Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (major in Marketing, Management, or Operations)
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce data management, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, lookups, pivot tables, dashboards).
  • 1–3 years of experience in data-focused roles such as Data Quality Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Marketing Operations, Data Management roles or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail with a highly analytical mindset.
  • Proven ability to work in a quality- and deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Willingness to align with U.K. working hours. (2:00 pm – 11:00 pm Philippine time)
  • 100% Remote

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with macros and VBA in Excel.
  • Familiarity with third-party data platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, D&B, Hoovers).
  • Experience with data import and normalization tools (e.g., PeopleImport, DemandTools).
  • Experience creating process documentation and managing projects.
