What you’ll do
Process assigned workload based on Midigator rules and playbook
Investigate and analyze transactions history
Provide chargeback claims resolutions inline with customer request
Align and coordinate process improvements with leadership team
What experience you need
1+ years of experience in data entry or back office
B2 or above in English proficiency
Excel or Google Sheets experience
