Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst focused on CRM data integration, mapping, and governance, with responsibility for helping scale the organization’s use of CRM by reducing reliance on spreadsheets and point solutions and enabling more consistent, system‑driven data workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of stakeholder data and CRM systems. The primary function is to take inbound data sets from across the business—spanning teams, tools, and platforms—and translate them into clear, governed CRM data models that support integrations, operations, and long‑term reporting.

Dashboards and analytics are an expected outcome of this work, but the core responsibilities are data mapping, system alignment, and integration readiness, ensuring CRM data is structured, reliable, and scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Own the intake and evaluation of data inputs from business stakeholders (e.g., spreadsheets, structured files, legacy CRM exports, third‑party tools)
  • Analyze and map external data structures to CRM objects, fields, and relationships
  • Document data mappings, assumptions, transformations, and dependencies to support reuse and scale
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify data meaning, definitions, usage, and ownership
  • Support CRM data integrations by defining data requirements, mappings, and validation rules
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, business solutions teams, and external vendors on integration execution
  • Identify data gaps, structural considerations, and risks early in the integration lifecycle
  • Help establish repeatable, well‑documented patterns for onboarding new data sources into CRM
  • Support post‑merger data activities, including data consolidation, normalization, and CRM migration efforts
  • Assess existing systems and datasets for alignment with current and future CRM data models
  • Define and maintain CRM data standards, including field definitions, naming conventions, and usage guidelines
  • Monitor and address data quality considerations such as duplication, consistency, and completeness
  • Ensure governance principles are embedded into data intake, integration, and ongoing CRM workflows
  • Partner with technology, compliance, and legal teams as needed to support data standards and controls
  • Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards once data is stable and governed
  • Support the transition of reporting from manual, file‑based processes into CRM and BI tools

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Operations role
  • Hands‑on experience working with CRM data, with Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with data mapping, data modeling, and system integrations
  • Comfortable working with large, multi‑source datasets across varying formats
  • Strong Excel skills required, including working with complex datasets
  • Ability to clearly communicate across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Detail‑oriented with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset
  • Able to document processes, assumptions, and standards to support shared knowledge and scalability
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across cross‑functional teams

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office three days, with the flexibility to work remotely two days. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
