Job Description

Contract position (remote)

Minimum requirements:

  • Qualified Project Manager with at least 10 years experience
  • Specific migration of Financial Data Objects is required
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to focus and drive deadlines.
  • Previous large ERP project data migration experience with direct Business Engagement.
  • Previous MS D365 experience will be an advantage.
  • Vendor interaction and vendor activity tracking experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of CCBA business functionality an advantage.
  • Ability to work remote and drive active participation and activity completion in an online environment.
  • Ability to work with diverse and remote located data migration team.
  • Flexibility on working hours data migration phases necessitate some shift type patterns at times.
  • Possible travel when restrictions are lifted.
  • Tenacity and resilience to push through and remain positively focussed when extreme challenges are experienced.
  • Ability to be firm but approachable with diverse team of all backgrounds and experts in their own function. 

Responsibilities:

  • Review/define the construct data migration project plans with related/dependent streams/projects and sub streams
  • Ensure data migration execution according to approved plans in collaboration with the Data Migration Leads as well as Business
  • Be accountable for facilitating and coordinating the successful implementation of the PH construct data migration project stream including related dependencies with sub streams
  • Identify issues and risks for the data migration project, including related dependencies with sub streams, and propose and implement mitigation plans
  • Manage the overtime of the Data Migration Leads aligned to the project plan demands
  • Understand and utilise the current PMO and project/audit governance processes and obligations
  • Produce a regular data migration programme progress report as per defined reporting cadence
  • Ensure the security of the IT organisations data, applications and infrastructure against accidental or unauthorised modification, destruction, or disclosure
  • Ensure communication of the relevant components of the data migration programme including related dependencies with sub streams, with all relevant stakeholders
