Project Role Description : Execute data migration by extracting, transforming, and loading data into the target system according to defined rules. Build, run, and validate migration scripts and processes to ensure data quality and consistency.

As a Data Migration Engineer, a typical day involves executing the migration of data by carefully extracting information from source systems, transforming it according to specified guidelines, and loading it into the designated target environment. The role requires building, running, and thoroughly validating migration scripts and processes to maintain the integrity and consistency of data throughout the migration lifecycle. This position demands close attention to detail and coordination to ensure seamless data transfer while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the development and execution of data migration plans to meet project requirements.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on migration objectives and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Building Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques.
- Experience in developing and validating migration scripts to ensure data accuracy.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data quality assurance practices and consistency checks.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to support migration activities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Building Tool.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- we have 5 day office visit in this project (seat/bay reserved on ODC location)
- 100 percentage Work from Office
- Work will be performed in a secured bay environment with restricted access on Accenture-issued laptops.
- Offshore coverage is limited to Shift A and Shift B only
- Indicative split: 50 percentage Shift A / 50 percentage Shift B.
- Offshore AMS candidates should be open to rotational shifts and on-call rotations as per policy. Weekend and Shift C coverage on need basis15 years full time education
