This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Analyze source systems, data structures, and data quality to support migration planning and mapping.
• Design and build Alteryx Designer workflows for extracting, transforming, cleansing, and validating data.
• Configure and manage ODBC/JDBC connections, file-based integrations, and REST API interactions for data extraction and loading.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for profiling, transformation, and validation tasks.
• Load data into target environments such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other ERP/CRM platforms using available APIs, staging tables, or native connectors.
• Implement data quality checks, reference/master/transactional data handling, and reconciliation processes.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, error handling, and performance tuning of migration pipelines.
• Participate in mock migrations, cutover rehearsals, and go-live/hypercare activities.
• Investigate and resolve data issues, discrepancies, and workflow failures.
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to project managers and technical leads.
• Produce documentation for workflows, data mappings, migration procedures, and technical designs.
• Contribute to internal best practices, tooling improvements, and migration accelerators.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data migration, ETL, or data integration roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer (building complex, parameterized workflows).
• Strong experience writing and tuning SQL queries (joins, aggregations, indexing concepts).
• Working knowledge of REST/JSON APIs (authentication, pagination, payload structures).
• Experience configuring ODBC/JDBC connections and working with relational databases.
• Solid understanding of data migration concepts: mapping, data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, staging, cutover.
• Exposure to ERP/CRM systems (preferably Dynamics 365, but others acceptable).
• Experience working in a consulting, project-based, or implementation environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with cross-functional colleagues and client stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 data models, entities, or Data Management Framework.
• Experience across multiple ERP/CRM systems or legacy platforms.
• Alteryx certification(s), Microsoft certifications, or similar credentials.
• Experience with Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and/or Excel PowerQuery
• Experience contributing to reusable templates, frameworks, or automation assets.
