MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Migration and Tri-Tier Integration Lead to join our innovative team. This is a REMOTE position.

The Data Migration and Tri-Tier Integration Lead will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the data migration and integration efforts, to include creating data mapping documentation, responding to/implementing/documenting required ETL strategies, and completing required tasks/actions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creating, updating, maintaining, and interpreting required technical data mapping documentation.

  • Working with management, internal teams, and authorities to successfully navigate the data migration process for all systems.

  • Documenting responses to required data homogenization challenges and updating migration paths as necessary while maintaining a robust library of documentation.

  • Maintaining, updating, and conducting routine data integrity validation across all targeted cloud infrastructures.

  • Maintaining system baselines and configuration management items, including historical audit retention and security event monitoring policies.

  • Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all requirements.

  • Recommending, and when approved, implementing process and policy improvements for phased legacy system decommissioning.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in Data Migration and Systems Integration.

  • Significant experience navigating enterprise ETL strategies and technical integration requirements, especially as it relates to massive legacy financial, supply chain, and personnel datasets.

  • Significant experience meeting complex tri-tier architecture requirements across presentation layers, application logic tiers, and database tiers.

  • Experience working across a large team to drive an integration agenda and working with complex, intertwined systems and data flows.

  • Experience inventorying complex networks, and with data transit documentation utilizing systems like Oracle's Product Data Hub (PDH).

  • Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex information technology documentation, particularly data schemas and security documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or relevant platform architecture certifications.

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration toolsets and compliance automation tools.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Current active TS security clearance with the ability to obtain polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.



The projected compensation range for this position is $163,100.00-$289,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
