Job Description


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience mapping business models to data points and tracking architectures with excellent business acumen.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or customers in a consulting capacity.
  • Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools and orchestrating cross-functional technical specialists to deliver projects.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to design and execute effectiveness measurements, specifically focusing on causal impact, incremental lift, and A/B testing.

In this role, you will act as the hybrid generalist bridging data architecture and statistical modeling. You will understand a client's business model, mapping and connecting the critical data points required to power Google's optimization solutions. Leveraging this foundation, you will implement statistical causal models to prove the true return on investment of Google Ads. While you will possess the technical capability to implement foundational solutions and run statistical models independently, you will also orchestrate technical specialists and AI tools for technical needs, ensuring seamless, end-to-end value delivery for the clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive client business models and conversion events to optimal Google measurement solutions, solving data fragmentation.
  • Establish a unified source of truth across Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA), and Google Marketing Platform (GMP) for clients.
  • Design and execute statistical models and incrementality experiments (A/B testing, Geo-based) to prove media impact.
  • Translate statistical outputs into clear business value, driving optimization, upsells, and value-based marketing decisions.
  • Identify technical or investigative issues and effectively leverage AI solutions or specialized internal peers to execute.
