Key Responsibilities

• 
  Analyze and map data from
  legacy claims systems
  to
  Guidewire Claim Center
  structures.

• 
  Develop and validate
  SQL queries
  for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

• 
  Collaborate with
  business analysts, data engineers, and QA teams
  to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• 
  Identify, document, and resolve
  data quality issues
  and mapping discrepancies.

• 
  Create and maintain comprehensive
  data mapping documentation
  , rules, and specifications.

• 
  Support
  data migration testing and reconciliation
  between source and target systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  Strong experience in P&C insurance domain
  , specifically in claims data migration or data warehousing projects.

• 
  Proficiency in
  SQL
  ,
  data mapping
  , and
  ETL processes
  .

• 
  In-depth understanding of the
  Guidewire Claim Center data model
  (entities, relationships, and business rules).

• 
  Experience in
  data validation, transformation logic, and error resolution
  during migration.

• 
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• 
  Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Experience with
  Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter
  .

• 
  Familiarity with
  data migration tools or ETL platforms
  (Informatica, Talend, or similar).

• 
  Exposure to
  cloud-based data platforms
  (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
