About the Job

A research & development organisation is deploying a new internal product, VITRO, used within preclinical and translational research teams.
Due to increased activity and multiple new use cases, they are seeking Data Management support to assist with product evolution, data quality, documentation, and functional testing.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Needs & Functional Support
    Collect, clarify, and document business requirements.
    Support functional understanding of data flows and in vitro applications.
  • Testing & Quality Control
    Perform functional testing on new VITRO product features.
    Conduct quality checks on the VITRO database and ensure data integrity.
  • Documentation
    Write and update user guides, training materials, and business rules (FR/EN).
    Maintain documentation for deployments (DEV / UAT / PROD).
  • Master Data Review
    Review and validate Master Data imported into different environments.
    Track changes and ensure consistency across versions.
  • Data Management Implementation
    Apply data integrity rules and follow directives provided by internal Data Management leads.
    Collaborate with Agile product teams and contribute to sprint activities.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who embody our values and are eager to contribute to our success.

  • Experience: Experience in data management and preclinical or in vitro settings.
  • Skills: Knowledge of preclinical research, referential systems (MDM and non‑MDM)
  • Strong IT skills including: Excel (advanced) and SQL (good working knowledge)
  • Education: Master’s degree in scientific or technical domain.
  • Languages: Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
