Sekolah Pelita Harapan is a group of five International Christian schools located in the heart of Indonesia, the city of Jakarta. Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
2. Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
3. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports as needed by stakeholders.
4. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
5. Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct system problems.
6. Work with stakeholders to prioritize academic, financial, and human resource information needs.
7. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
8. Improve data quality across educational and business systems.
9. Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations in consultation with stakeholders and advise and support as needed.
10. Identify and recommend new ways to save time and money by streamlining business processes.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Manager/Analyst (preferably in a school environment)
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, data mining, and segmentation
• Familiarity with school management information systems
• Proficient in data visualization and reporting
• Solid understanding of statistics and analytical tools
• Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
• Skilled in querying, report writing, and data presentation
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and develop dashboards/reports
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics (plus programming/cloud is a bonus)
• High integrity, good communication, teamwork, confidentiality, and a positive, flexible attitude
