Job Description

Master Works is seeking for a Data Management Specialist to support data management activities and ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and proper governance across the organization.

The Data Management Specialist will work closely with business and technical teams to support data governance initiatives, maintain organizational data assets, and improve data quality and management practices aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage organizational data assets, records, and related documentation.
• Monitor data quality and support data cleansing, validation, and improvement activities.
• Implement and support data management policies, standards, procedures, and governance practices.
• Support data classification, integration, reporting, and data lifecycle management activities.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and process materials related to data management activities.
• Assist in ensuring data consistency, accuracy, accessibility, and compliance across systems and platforms.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data governance and data quality processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Management or related areas.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management concepts.
• Familiarity with data management processes, standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business and technical teams.
